PDC-ARGOS uses "Teamviewer" to offer fast and easy remote support.
When the PDC-ARGOS employee is connected, he/she can watch your desktop and operations - or he/she can take over your computer if you give the permission for this.
During the remote session a window is shown (see below). From here, you will be able to activate a chat, voice talk, send files, etc.
When you want to end the session and close remote support - just click the "x".
